LOS ANGELES—Shubin Nadal Realty Investors has entered the final phase of construction on the Mix at Harman Campus, a 45-acre mixed-use creative office campus in the San Fernando Valley. Ware Malcomb is designing the property as an amenitized oasis for a mix of creative and traditional tenants looking for unique urban-style spaces in the valley market. It is expected to open later this year.

It is the first of its kind in San Fernando Valley from a scale and rebranding standpoint.”
