LOS ANGELES—JLL has added Adam Fisher as a VP in its third-party management practice. He will be based in Los Angeles and will support the firm’s retailer clients with their local, regional and national leasing requirements. Fisher brings more than 15 years of leasing experience in retail real estate, working with tenants to secure strategic locations and obtain their objectives.  He has also worked with landlords to successfully secure tenants that complement existing retailers and support the overall centers’ goals.  Fisher is the latest addition to the firm’s ever expanding West Coast retail practice, following the addition of Kristin Grove, Bob Dishler, Johnathan LaChance and Howard Wong earlier this year, and the prior Shelter Bay and Wilson Group acquisitions. Prior to joining JLL, Fisher founded Centerra Retail Group in 2008, which specialized in working with investors and retailers throughout the Los Angeles area. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Fresno State University.
