Crystal Lagoon Crystal Lagoon uses 50% less water than a park of the same size.

ROWLETT, TX—Crystal Lagoons has partnered with Bayside Land Partners to create the first Crystal Lagoon in Texas as part of Bayside, a luxury mixed-use development on Lake Ray Hubbard, 15 miles east of downtown Dallas. Bayside, a $1 billion mixed-use lakefront development, will have an 8-acre lagoon that is 25 times the size of an Olympic swimming pool and equivalent to 10 football fields of water.

“We look forward to bringing Crystal Lagoons to Texas in partnership with Bayside Land Partners,” said Crystal Lagoons US CEO Uri Man. “Texas is one of the most important markets for us, and we are opening an office in the Lone Star State in order to serve the growing demand we have seen from the real estate community here. In Texas, bigger is better and the world’s top amenity will be the centerpiece of several master-planned communities in Houston, Austin and Galveston.”
