Bayside Development on Lake Hubbard to Include Lagoon

Crystal Lagoon uses 50% less water than a park of the same size.

ROWLETT, TX—Crystal Lagoons has partnered with Bayside Land Partners to create the first Crystal Lagoon in Texas as part of Bayside, a luxury mixed-use development on Lake Ray Hubbard, 15 miles east of downtown Dallas. Bayside, a $1 billion mixed-use lakefront development, will have an 8-acre lagoon that is 25 times the size of an Olympic swimming pool and equivalent to 10 football fields of water.
