DALLAS—Following on the heels of its successful mixed-use project, Dallas-based development company, Oaxaca Interests, has plans to redevelop the old W&B Refrigeration Service Company building into a creative dining and retail space. The original brick and metal former refrigeration company structure as well as its former loading areas will be transformed into a family- and pet-friendly indoor-outdoor destination. The building is located at 660 Fort Worth Ave. (at Yorktown Street) next door to Oaxaca’s flagship Sylvan Thirty mixed-use development.
