ULI NY Hands Down Development Excellence Awards

NEW YORK CITY—The second annual competition drew nearly 50 project submissions, from which 19 finalists were selected.

NEW YORK CITY—The Urban Land Institute New York has announced the winners of its Second Annual Awards for Excellence in Development. ULI New York’s statewide awards competition and gala event is raising the bar for New York’s real estate industry by recognizing the best public and private projects across the city and state.

All seven winning projects were honored Monday night at Gotham Hall here. This year’s competition drew nearly 50 project submissions, from which last night’s 19 finalists were selected.
