JERSEY CITY, NJ—A vacant multifamily building at 107 York Street sold for $2.1 million, or approximately $420 per square foot. Cushman & Wakefield’s Fahri Ozturk exclusively handled the transaction.

“107 York Street is a beautiful free-standing four-unit townhouse that attracted massive interest due to its prime downtown location and our ability to extensively expose the property through various mediums.  Ultimately, the property was acquired by an owner-user for a premium price highlighting the continued growth and interest in Hudson County,” says Ozturk. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
