A Steady Drip of Multifamily Deals

A JV between two New York family offices acquired a 1960s garden-style apartment complex in Maryland for $90 million.

WASHINGTON, DC–Local deals in the multifamily space continue to surface this week, both confirmed and rumored.

One deal that is, according to a source, still pending is the Windsor at Shirlington Village, a 404-unit property that our source says is trading at around $144 million, or $356,436 per unit to Waterton Associates. The company did not return a request for comment from GlobeSt.com. Our source says the deal is being financed with a large Freddie Mac loan.
