Alliance HSP Seeks Tenant for 185,112 SF Retail Space

WOODBRIDGE, VA-Alliance HSP is seeking a tenant or tenants for its 185,112-square-foot retail property near the Potomac Mills shopping center. It has tapped Next Realty Mid-Atlantic to market the property.

In many ways Next Realty’s job should be easy: the building is located at the corner of Worth Avenue and Potomac Mills Circle—in other words, right across the Potomac Mills Ring Road from the 1.5-million-square-foot Potomac Mills Mall. Potomac Mills, of course, is Virginia’s largest outlet center and one of the CommonWealth’s top 10 tourist destinations. Retail sales so far this year have totalled $3.08 billion within three miles of the site, Next Realty says. It adds that the space, known as Square95, can accommodate one large retailer or it can be divided for multiple retail uses.
