Avison Young to Market 950,000 SF

HOUSTON-Zenith Real Estate Group taps the CRE firm to handle marketing and leasing activities for its 11-building office portfolio.

HOUSTON-Locally based commercial real estate owner and manager Zenith Real Estate Group has tapped Avison Young to market and lease its 11-building portfolio. The portfolio consists of office buildings are in the Westchase submarket of Houston and totals 953,812 square feet of space.
