ATLANTA-In another deal to assemble land for its future corporate campus, State Farm Insurance Co, has purchased a site that was once part of the big Perimeter office and land portfolio for $32 million.
The insurer acquired the property from Barry Real Estate and Rubenstein, who acquired the parcels that include the Chequers Seafood Grill and a former Fuddruckers in 2007, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
State Farm now controls land at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive, where it will develop its project. The company has chosen to work with KDC Real Estate Development and Investments on the project. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
