NAIOP IE’s REXIE Awards honor 2013 achievements in commercial real estate

INLAND EMPIRE, Calif. (Jan. 8, 2014) –On January 21, about 280 commercial real estate professionals are expected to join NAIOP Inland Empire for the third annual REXIE Awards, which will recognize the top 2013 achievements in industrial leasing, development and land acquisition. The ceremony will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Ontario Airport hotel, 700 N. Haven Avenue, Ontario, CA 91764. 

Each year, the REXIE Awards program honors local professionals and businesses for their exceptional work and contributions to the region. Awards will be given in the following eight categories:

·      Industrial Owner of the Year
·      Industrial Leasing Broker of the Year
·      Industrial Investment Broker of the Year
·      Industrial Investment Sale of the Year
·      Industrial Land Acquisition of the Year
