Crowdfunding Investors See Major Returns

LOS ANGELES—ReatlyMogul.com closes two equity transactions with 20.2% and 33.5% internal rates of return for investors.

LOS ANGELES—RealtyMogul.com has closed two full-cycle equity transactions with major returns for its investors. Brennan Investment Group secured $3 million in equity through the crowdfunding platform to purchase the Cumberland Metro Office Park in Chicago, IL, and the Jackson Industrial Park in Indianapolis, IN, in 2014. Now completed, the equity investments have earned 20.2% and 33.5% internal rates of return for RealtyMogul.com’s investors.
