Three-Building Portfolio Gets Lease Marching Orders

One of the buildings in the leasing assignment is 1250 Woodbranch Park Dr.

HOUSTON—A three-building office grouping in the Energy Corridor owned by Dornin Investment Group is now ready for lease up. The buildings are the 103,000-square-foot, six-story 1250 Woodbranch Park Dr. complex; the 62,000-square-foot, four-story office building at 11931 Wickchester Lane; and Ten Plaza West, a 106,000-square-foot, six-story office building at 15915 Katy Freeway.

Dornin has selected NAI Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for the three buildings. Doug Pack, executive vice president–office project leasing, along with senior vice president, Sam Hansen, will be handling the marketing and leasing of the three office assets.
