After Demolition, Retail Impact is Realized

Starbucks Starbucks joins a key corner retail site in Beaumont, TX.

BEAUMONT, TX—After demolishing a previous building, a retail site located at the hard northeast corner of Interstate 10 at College Street (Highway 90) has been redeveloped and fully leased. With an end plan of creating an impact on the retail landscape, Houston-based Baker Katz redeveloped the site, adding national tenants to five new spaces within the property.

Starbucks, Mattress One and Wingstop will occupy the 6,100-square-foot building. T-Mobile and Access Dental will each have 2,800 square feet in the second building.
