Ten-X Rolls Out New Platforms for CRE, Resi

Morse says the company seeks to make the buying and selling experience “exponentially better for everyone involved.”

IRVINE, CA—Online real estate marketplace Ten-X said Thursday that it’s launching two new transaction platforms specifically for residential and commercial real estate buyers and sellers. Known as Ten-X Homes and Ten-X Commercial, respectively, the new platforms will be unveiled starting Friday at this year’s South By Southwest Interactive Festival in Austin, TX.
