Nominations Open for Industrial Influencers

The industrial market continues to be a top-performing commercial real estate sector, despite the headwinds that have kept transactions at lower levels than the industry would like.

One bright sign for the industry is that investment sale prices rose more than 9% in the first quarter, illustrating the high demand for these assets. Other developments promise to propel growth: e-commerce is a major driver and the product itself is evolving with such developments as multi-story warehouses and innovations to robotics and automation. And although capital has tightened up across the board, it remains robust for industrial.
