Design-Firm Merger Enhances Visibility

IRVINE, CA—The joining together of locally based Ware Malcomb and Seattle's Connell Design Group raises the former's presence in the Pacific Northwest and brings its total number of regional offices internationally to 15.

IRVINE, CA—Locally based international design firm Ware Malcomb has merged with Connell Design Group of Seattle. The merger allows Ware Malcomb to create a new presence in the Pacific Northwest and brings the total number of its regional offices spanning the US, Canada, Mexico and Panama to 15.

The transaction also bolsters the architecture and design capabilities of the combined office to better serve corporate and commercial real estate clients in the Seattle market. Terms of the transaction, which closed last month, were not disclosed.
